I've been thinking a lot about Invasion,Mark of the Beast and Metal and If they would qualify to be in Prog Archives under the Heavy Prog and Space/Psychedelic sections.

Same here, but just because they have some proggier songs doesn't mean they should be in the Prog Archives... of course this is just my opinion though.

Really? I think they're a lot more progressive than bands like, for example, Queensryche. When I think of progressive metal that's actually progressive and actually metal, I think of Phantom of the Opera.
