Mr. Browning himself said that first appearance could be 1984/85 without any zine name... but yeah.., could be.
There's very few chances it was 84/ 85 not even in Florida considerting there was only Guillotine there and I don't recall them having done any feature on them.....
Yeah it could be possibvly Blowing Thrash/ D.O.D cos I did a feature before visiting them....
