Another one of Azra Record's mutant offspring, this time tied to David T Richard's short fling with printed Metal media - the World Metal Report zine/mag. You'd think the name would refer to a more international choice of signings, but it's mostly US acts represented. And yes, that's the logo later ripped off by Metal Enterprises.
