Immortal Avenger (US) demo #1. 2004 (Killer demo!!!)

here's IMMORTAL AVENGER's first demo from 2004. They hailed from Richmond,Va & played fantastic traditional US power metal/Speed metal,sounding like a mix of Savage Grace, Fates Warning & "Piece of Mind" era Iron Maiden (To me anway). The band also featured an early member of Municipal Waste, but there's absolutely NO comparison between the two bands. They did a great job of gathering all the best bits of Trad 80s speed metal & bringing it in to the 21st century (In terms of Production,mainly). 4 tracks, 25 minutes.

Will have to agree with this old post. Perhaps OMEN would suffice as a reference here as well? Especially on their second EP. Apparently it's an old member of ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY (!) who sings on that one, and - believe it or not - he does a perfectly fine rendition of JD Kimball.
