Upper Echelon demo 85' ?

Post by Hellride Mike »

I got the Upper Echelon MLP 84' from :

http://liveandotherwise.blogspot.com/

(which has killer rarities from time to time) awhile back. I see at metal archives that there is a demo from the following year. The track titles have me a bit worried that they went commerical, has anyone heard this? Is it worth tracking down? I was quite impressed with the MLP, which may still have a working link on an older page at that blog, reccomended for anyone who hasn't heard it, sound kind of like 80's Judas Priest mixed with Manilla Road and Cirith Ungol, though admitedly a rung or two below those bands on the ladder, but still good stuff......

I'm searching for that demo too. Their MLP was quite good.

It probably tickled my Rush vein. Vocals sound very much like Geddy Lee...
