UNKNOWN SWEDISH HEAVY METAL DEMO!

I recently found a unknown Swedish demo tape from 86. The band is called Lizard and it's a 2 track demo cassette from 86, and I can't find any information what so ever about this band!

I recorded one of the songs by holding my Telephone with the mic against the speaker while playing it. The sounds quality is pretty damn good anyway!

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this band, and if anyone likes it and would be interested in a good rip of both songs?

A rip would be nice, but there's a 666 % possibility that any moron will do a bootleg 7" so I'd suggest to keep the rip for yourself and just pass it over on a more personal way to people you know. It's sad but nowadays that's the only to keep those buttheads away from bootlegging every shit that's kinda rare and unknown yet. The internet is a cruel and easy place to get that kind of music and make some easy cash with it ...

Great that people seem to like this. It has this Scandinavian melancholy in the sound that I really really love.

Prowler: It's a shame we all have to worry about those matters.

But hopefully, without a good cover scan this demo won't be endangered.

For now I will make a similar rip like I did on the first track and share. And if people seem to like it as much as I do, I will get it ripped and send to anyone who wants it here.

Checked out the samples now, they are really nice. A really good discovery here! I would love to have a proper rip of this some day, given that the odds of me finding the tape are ridiculously low.

It makes me glad you liked it. This is what it's all about!

I will check asap if there's any of my friends with ripping Equipment for tapes who can do it for me. I will keep you updated!

You only need a single cable for 1,50 E (incl. p+p) and a proper soundcard in your PC.
