Overlorde - Medieval Metal (USA demo '87)

Post by shreut »

Not the same band as the New Jersey one who made an EP in 1987.
These guys were from North Carolina and featured on Metal Massacre vol.VIII

I can't do nothing but to second this sentence! This second song haunts my ears today.

Awesome demo, I have been playing this frequently since I first heard it a year or so ago. Yes the second track is bliss.

I was going through some CD-Rs today and found this demo, was going to upload it separately, but seeing as there's already a thread I'll just add my new upload here for anyone who missed it:

Thanks for the re-up bro. I'm always on the hunt for obscure old school demos.

One of the finest Classic US Metal demos of all time, right up there with CHALICE, ISCARIOT, KRUDEWITCH etc.. Yum Yum!

So true. I'd definitely hold this one over The Other OVERLORDE, great as they may be.

Me too, that's a great piece with the necessary cult artwork and music to match(almost), but if this were on wax it'd be beyond legendary.
