WITCHES' COVEN - Fire Signs (heavy metal from umeå, sweden)

Post by Mösh »

today the final mix of our demo 'FIRE SIGNS' was completed, three songs of pure old school heavy metal from umeå -home of legendary bands such as GOTHAM CITY, WITCH and KJELL PEDERS among others.
the album is free for download but a physical copy on tape or CD will soon be able for purchase by simply sending me a message here or contacting us: witchescovenheavymetalATgmailDOTcom

you'll find the songs in the link below, the page will be updated shortly when the artwork is done, if your attention span only allows for one song i recommend listening to the song witches' coven - hope you'll like it!

I liked the Witches' Coven-track. Great song, but the vocals was average.
The two other songs didn't do much for me.

The artwork is pretty cool, the music really does have its moments with some good melodies here and there, nice riffs and fitting vocals. The sound works well and has 80's flair.. but your name is a total piece of SHIT, I'm so tired of all these fucking band names along these lines, like have you got a fucking brain? You might say 'why do I care so much about the name', but you obviously cared enough about the stupid monicker to adopt it. Don't sell yourselves short with such a lackluster name.

Yeah, "Witches' Coven" is a GREAT name, NEVER have any similar monickers been used, and you just happen to come out saying it's amazing after I comment on the lack of imagination. Must have been bored at the office Nick.
