FUNDUM - Demo 1987 (unknown Austrian jewel...)

Post by Metalhunter »

Dudes,

I did an upload fo this on Strappado's site and thought this could be also interesting for you guys!

FUNDUM - Demo 1987

Never on the net before, here's your chance to get three tracks from the 1987 Demo. Originally the demo (it's just a recording from their rehearsal garage (remembering a very cool place with tons of beer for free  ), never released official and copied from the band just for friends) had five tracks, but I sold my copie a few years ago  but found those three tracks on an old tape after diggin a box of old tapes a few weeks ago (sadly "Back From Hell" is cutted on the end)!

Totally unknown Austrian band from Schwarzach (near Salzburg) and sadly broke up after getting more melodic and adding keyboards on their second Demo "Catch The Rainbow" in 1988!

I've talked to my old friend Joe Vötter (guitar / vocalist) and he will send me the complete 5 track version, including a killer speed metal tune... :D so stay tuned!

Thanks for this.

Apparently the band put out a CD in 1990, although, if they got super melodic with tons of keyboards, I can't say that I would find it of much interest.

Sadly the cd sounds totally different, they changed completely their line-up and style, the "Whatever, However" CD is more Prog / Hard Rock"...btw, their second demo is awesome too. The Keyboards are added like Maiden did on "Seventh Son..." :D
