the last few days i have been listening a LOT to "Saviour Machine I", a CD that i consider one of the best of all times, so divine (no joke here...) that it's hard to believe. 3 years before this album , Saviour Machine did this demo that will appeal to all fans of Epic Metal in my opinion. Enjoy. And please forget ALL negative or ignorant comments about the debut CD. It's a Masterpiece!

Re: Saviour Machine - 1990 demo
I totally agree with you, first Saviour Machine is an uber-fantastic masterpiece.Kostas_Kailiazis wrote: And please forget ALL negative or ignorant comments about the debut CD. It's a Masterpiece!
I bought it when it was published too (reviewed 100/100 on a magazine I was buying monthly here in Italy). But you know, tastes are tastes, for us masterpiece, for others piece of crap, it's not a problem because I don't care what others think about

Thanks for the demo, going to listen to it !

'Gothic metal' no, hard to describe their style on the demo and the first album, but it is not 'epic metal' either, elements of both genres can be found anyway.
Good against Evil, Evil sure to win

i absolutely love the first 2 SM releases, but the music is unclassifiable.
something like fields of the nephilim playing 80s Epic metal maybe?
but this isnt goth anyway, too good for goth rock.
Saviour Machine is a david bowie song, and the vocals are greatly influenced by DB also i guess.never heard any DB in my life tbh,but thats what Eric Clayton claims
