Helsinki:

Black&White = big 2nd hand record store with HIGH prices.
Hippie Shake Records = 2nd hand store with not so high prices. Also new records, big bonus for importing Black Widow releases.
Music Hunter = 2nd hand store, HIGH prices. I don't personally go there anymore.
Keltainen Jäänsärkijä = small section of 2nd hand stuff. I have been regular customer since I remember.
Green Grass Records = 2nd store with small HM section. Sometimes you get lucky... Usually best prices in town for 2nd hand LP's.
Levykauppa Äx = big record store, used and new stuff. HIGH prices for 2nd hand stuff.
Combat Rock = punk&HC store, also some metal stuff.

Yeps, but I just don't personally like the place. Owner seems to have always some new tricks to "piss you in the eye". Last time he received currency from me was in 2005.

Tampere:

Swamp Music = They have two separate stores, one for new and another for 2nd hand records. High prices for 2nd hand stuff.
Aikakone = Small store with quite a lot of 2nd hand vinyl, a very small HM section, better for prog/folk/etc stuff. The prices are OK.
Lukulaari = Actually an antiquarian bookshop, but they have a 2nd hand record selection, too. It totally depends on your luck whether you find something there or not. That something is likely to be cheap, though.

Then there's Epe's and Platta, but you are propably not going to find anything interesting from them.

Oslo:

Råkk & Rålls Brukthandel
Akersgata 39,0158 Oslo
Sentrum

Bjørn Ringstrøms Antikvariat
Ullevålsveien 1,0165 Oslo
St Hanshaugen (Sentrum)

Oslo Rock-antikvariat
Fredensborgveien 17,0177 Oslo
St Hanshaugen (Sentrum)

Platelageret
Brugata 3C,0186 Oslo

Neseblod Records
Rathkes gate 7A,0558 Oslo
Grünerløkka

Generally, the prices are insane or at least very high. Neseblod specializes in punk and metal while Platelageret has been totally devoid of metal the times I've been there. Neseblod might have some insanely rare Norwegian black metal stuff, but they'll charge you plenty for it.
I know I ain't doing much,
doing nothing means a lot to me.

When I was in Kuopio with my work I managed to sneak away and go record hunting for an hour or so. Found a vinyl shop close to the main square, the street was Tullportsgatan / Tulliportinkatu I believe. From the main square go east towards the water, the shop is on the left hand side.

Both prices and selection were mostly average though.

Cool stuff on CD and vinyl, but way too expensive, you might be lucky to find some rare items, but be prepared to pay for them.

I found some cool stuff on Goldmine Records in Copenhagen. Razor - Evil Invaders and Witch Cross - Fit For Fight among others. 4 euros each. But I'm sure we've picked the place clean by now. 8)

Goldmine! ... Yeah it is possible to find stuff there from time to time, but I fucking hate that place. The owner is a prick, and he for sure doesn't take care of his records in the store.

I don't think I've been there for more than a year!

On the subject of Copenhagen: are there any record stores in Christiania, close to Loppen? Me and Stormbringer + a friend of ours are going there for the Saint Vitus show in February, and again for Death Row in April.

[off-topic]
Any hints on cheap accomodation close to the venue, or possible transport to Nørreport or back to Sweden would help!

And regarding Goldmine, I completely agree about him not taking care of his records. Everything in there was a total mess - records from floor to ceiling, stacked in huge piles all over the place. Fortunately for me, both the Razor and Witch Cross albums were in mint condition!

No record shops near Christiania at all.

Transport from/to Nørreport is very easy, there's Metro all night. This also go to the airport, where you can get the train for Malmö, not sure how often the Malmö trains leaves, but the Metro is 24/7.

I will be at both shows as well 8)
