Would love to hear that DEATHRASH tape. These NECROPOLIS and these DESECRATION. Would make a VERY interesting "Forgotten 80's USDM"-threadomen of hate wrote:I have the "Faces of Death" DEATHRASH demo, which NECROPOLIS and DESECRATION do you want ?

..and our IOUs would of course keep growing out of proportion

Yeah, thos New Renaissance compilation albums had Necropolis (very good song there)(unfortunately Necropolis "Contemptating Slaughter" LP was total turn down), Deathrash (but its speed thrash metal), Samhain etc.
I have Desecration "The Summoning" demo.
Leviathan (USA) demo trx can be found also on Metal Forces compilation LP "Scream your brains out". Its very Kreator-like deathrash.

That Leviathan you guys are talking about, is it the one with Chris Barnes (Cannibal Corpse) on vocals? I've already heard that one and it is a killer!!!!!
Thanks for the other recommendations. I'll definitely check out Desecration and I'll try to locate some of those old New Renaissance compilations.
And yeah, let's turn this into the forgotten 80s DM thread!

Early Master stuff (like the unreleased 85 album) is a must. Terminal Death's demo is great too, specially the track Hacksaw. I guess you already know Sindrome, but if you don't, try to get their first demo. I downloaded it from their official site. I would also reccomend the first demo by Mortician (the american band, of course). Even if you don't like what they did afterwards, this one sounds a lot like 80s stuff. Right now I can't remember any rare stuff to reccomend, but if you haven't heard the demos of Massacre or Insanity (both from the US) you should get them. Classic stuff.
