Yes, the first copy I owned did. I have some ARKANGEL vinyl with this problem on both sides. It's a fucking mess to play

If you notice the pickup arm swaying slightly while playing, this means the hole in the middle isn't properly centered, which in turn leads to a "wavey" playing speed which in turn leads to the music sounding out-of-tune. You'll also notice that this problem gets more audiable the closer to the end of the tracks the pickup is moving.

Well, if you do this procedure you end up with an oval hole which means you basically get 2 different ways of positioning the album over the pin – one for the side that's plays funny (the filed out corner of the hole) and one for the normal side (the untouched corner)
