If you have added a title by accident and want to remove it from your list, how do you do that?

Go to the item's page with all the infos and click on "Aus Sammlung löschen"

You can add a title on your wishlist via clicking on the right thing next to it ("Auf Einkaufzettel vermerken")

How do you view/make public your want list?

(-Einkaufszettel öffentlich einsehbar? -> This is for showing your want list)
That's what he typed earlier for me. I guess you just check the box. The response is on page 3 of the thread if you want to check.

Haha, sorry, it's the language barrier, it takes some getting used to...

But you've been great and a lot of help.

I couldn't have done it without you.

Edit: Back to adding titles, I still have roughly 1200 or so to add, plus adding new enteries, which SUCKS.

Bei Übernahme eines Tonträgers nach Kaufpreis/-datum fragen?
What does this say?

And how do you view the wantlist?

It's great to see you two guys there :)

You can see your want list if you click on "Profil" on the left (in Extras section), and there you have Anzeigen: Sammlung (your collection); Einkaufszettel (your want list). You can see others wantlists if you go under Mitglieder and search for user name ...

Also it should be mentioned that many people don't mark stuff like "Erstauflage" etc., although they are, for example

http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/177591 --> doesn't have it, although it is first press
http://www.musik-sammler.de/media/45885 --> and this one does ..

Avenger - fufufu26 added 9588 entries, so there's nothing to complain about hehe :)

The incompleteness of entaries on this site is starting to bother me and the fact that you can't edit them yourself unless you added the entry to begin with sucks.

Also, a lot of the time you can't actually enter the barcode numbers because a lot of them have less then 12-13 numbers...

I tried to do new entries for incomplete ones such as Target etc, but got in shit from The Knell :(

How long does it take the dude that runs the site to update info after it's brought to his attention?

I hope he's able to read english because I'm going to be sending a lot of corrections his way...

EDIT: I'm done for the day, I think I have about 200 or so titles listed so far... A lot more to go...

You cannot fully edit them if you havent typed the item in, but you can complete them if something is missing, Cat#, Lengths, etc.

Item main site -> Daten: * Vervollständigen

For correcting you have either to contact the guy who typed it in via

Item main site -> Daten: * Fehler melden

OR post in the forum like you already did.
One thing: When MS.de started, things like multiple pictures, Catalogue Numbers etc weren't available...so some old entries are still incomplete
Also, a lot of the time you can't actually enter the barcode numbers because a lot of them have less then 12-13 numbers...
You can do it afterwards

Item detail page :

Daten: * Korrigieren or * Vervollständigen, and type the EAN @ "EAN-Nr.:". It will work there

I'm not giving you shit...my first entries were horrible. You will get used to the stuff quick

The mods all can speak english. One already answered and welcomed you and corrected half of the stuff, the other items he contacted the responsible guys. It usually takes 1/2 day to 2 days tops.
EDIT: I'm done for the day, I think I have about 200 or so titles listed so far... A lot more to go...
Way to go...we need help

When you type an item in, MS.de has an extra section on the last menu , where you can write how much you payed, personal comments about your item (copy number, extras, signed by xy, etc), the conditions
If you delete the OK hook it won't ask you how much you payed anymore

I studied German for years back in school but it was always my shittiest subject. I still get by pretty well if it's short, simple text. Just don't ever ask me to speak diese VERDAMMTE SPRACHE!

Another thing is the Roadrunner/Roadracer/RC Records issue. With the exception of King Diamond and a very select few other bands between the years of about half way through 1988 to nearly the end of 1991 the actual name of Roadrunner was non-existent due to licensing issues. Roadrunner was still around but went under the moniker or Roadracer in Europe and RC in North America. There are a lot of incorrect entries this way where people got lazy and just put Roadrunner, Unfortunately, these all need to be corrected...
