-what condition were the copies in? People often forget to check this with popsike listings. If it looks cheap, maybe it wasn't in top shape
-when did the auction occur? Some of the big rarities keep going up in value. The most recent Paradoxx I see on popsike is a year and a half old. There's a yellow Avatar on popsike that sold for $1,500... in 2004. I doubt you could get one for twice that today.
-were there weird stipulations on the auction? (poor seller feedback, "only ships within the US", won't accept paypal, etc)
-Copies do change hands w/o going through these outlets, and popsike doesn't record all auctions; even the high-dollar ones sometimes slip past. Paradoxx had sold multiple times off-ebay in the $2,000++ range.
Rest assured Sgt knows what he's doing

Bottom line: it's very hard to pin down a 'normal' value for these Top Rarities, especially well-known, highly desirable ones like Paradoxx, Militia, and Avatar. Everyone knows these and would love to have them, the print run is CONFIRMED to be 100 or less, and the band was tapped for copies long ago. These will never show up in quantity and there will always be people wanting them, at least until we all ditch metal and switch over to rap or country music
