i guess it cant be that bad (Venom) some close freinds saw them by the end of last year and they said they were pretty ok live
Good news. Are they touring with their original line-up or is it just Cronos + some other guys ?

LOUDNESS are playing at this club in Stockholm mid/late July. I've never been a huge fan, but their output up until "Thunder In The East" is good'n'solid shit so I'm thinking I should at least give them a shot. If anyone else are planning to see them on their Euro tour a setlist would be nice :)

Saint Vitus playing in Portland tomorrow. First time I've been excited about a local gig in awhile.

DaN, I saw Loudness in San Francisco about 5 years ago (I took a special 500 mile roadtrip to see them) and it was one of the worst concerts of my life, they had a modern groovy sound. You should research if they have gone back to the old way or not before deciding.

Yeah, I saw Loudness back in 2005 and they were horrible, I'm not too familiar with their stuff but they mostly played the newer songs.

Saw Megadeth last night, on their 1st Slovenian concert ever - fucking amazing!!! They did the entire Rust in Peace :) Seriously one of the top shows I've ever seen!!!

Also saw Debustrol on Sonisphere festival among others - chainsaw massacre hehe :D

I would cry the tears of joy if Loudness would just drop the groovy sound and downtuned guitars. They sounded terrific on Thunder In The East.

Thanx for the warning. It's only about an hour's trip from here + about $15 in admission so I'm still leaving it open. If anyone catches them on their Euro tour before July 21, a quick review would be nice.

Metallica playing for the first time ever in my little city on the bottom of the world. $180 a ticket, hmmm. But at least they're not doing the in the round set up. Don't wanna find myself trying to avoid looking at Lars' sweaty bottom.
You want it to be one way. But it's the other way.

Better than I expected :D New singer copies Udo succesfully if he yells... Hoffman and Baltes still rules. And the song list is from (g)oldies. They were headliner of the 2nd day and we and they had a great time...
