it's this guy:

http://cgi.ebay.com/PROTECTOR-Leviathan ... 5ad8cb1570

He Is a very nice guy, but I must admit I'm very annoyed that there are so many people who buy tons of CDs only to resell them on the same site. They are normal buyers worst enemies.

by the way, I asked the nokro guy twice (as he had a lot of great CDs) if he shipped abroad and he declined, but now I see that he sold to both Kreator72 and extrememusic75, who are both based outside Germany. Weird person.

And I totally wonder why his cds sold that high, as he didn't ship outside of germany. but now I know

It is a never ending farce. Hopefully this will be curbed once eBay start issuing 1099 forms and report seller profits to IRS for tax purposes.

It's not a bad and/or forbidden thing... :P

It's bad that they buy over and over and over the same cds, and then sell on ebay.com only for profits ... as also Stormspell is pointing out, their "business volumes" are way too high for privateers and somebody should stop them and make some walls they can't go over, otherwise taxes !

But anyway, with me around now, their profits are going a LOT down, trust me. I've started a war, and I'll win

So you intend to outbid all of these resellers on every auction they try to win?

Of course not, but for start surely they won't win all the cds I'm missing and I want.
But also for the others, they are not going to buy them for 1 euro. I will raise the 'bar' and they are going to pay more = losing money in the long period as there are not huge profits anymore.

I hope I won't be alone in this :) the more we are, the less they will earn.
And of course, BOYCOTT their auctions. I won't buy anything from Thallos or Kreator or Extrememusic (if there are people I'm forgetting/don't know, let me know even if in pvt their ebay nicks).
Maybe trade (after this post I'm not that sure ), but surely not buy.

"Hello there, I wanted to ask you if it is possible for me to bid in the cd and if I win, can you send it to a German address for me, I have a friend over there that collects cd's for me and when he gets 100 or more he ships everything all at once. We've never had a problem doing this you can check my feedback I have many form German sellers. Diego. P.S. Do you or can you take PayPal, it is better and faster for me."

LOOOOOOL he's Avenger friend ! Ok he's doomed now for that cd, you'll see ...

As I stated before, Thallos does not care about losing money apparently. I bid $65 for a CD, he outbids me and relists it for $69. And it doesn't sell. And he lists it again. And again. Dude apparently has 0 business sense, even if it eventually sells he's probably lost at least $10-20 on the deal.

Yes Thallos has surely something wrong in his head. It just makes no sense to buy a cd for high bucks and sell for 5$ more.

Let's count shipping costs, ebay fees, paypal fees, all the hassle to make the photo and do the auction, does it worth the game ? Of course not. But who can stop him ?! He was doing this already 9 years ago, I am surprised he is still here...
