ADX guitarist told me that they'll be there at 100% as they'll travel in a van.

As Khnud said, VULCAIN could be a good replacement. They have played several gigs those last weeks, so the band is ready.

what clansman says doesnt merit an answer;
even if i dont fly on wednesday i will not even care about getting my money back from Oliver-the 6 KITs i ve been to and the fun i've had, more than make up for my 40 euro.
The irony is by wednesday it looks possible that Berlin and German airports open-but Greece will be shut down by then
I am so true my mp3 player's screen has slight ringwear

I know the situation critically of course but i want my money back if the festival don't have the band that i've payed for...this is not impossible.
Let's wait again 2 days but i feel not confortable about the situation...

I don't a dumb, you are a dumb !

Man, I think you should stop this immediately. Your reactions are so selfish and childish. As said above this situation is not created by the fest organization, what are 40 Euros in comparaison of the massive financial losses of the organizators ?

On a serious note: If festivals like KIT or HOA would have to be insured so they would have means to pay back all (disappointed) ticket buyers there simply just wouldn't be festivals like KIT and HOA to buy tickets for!

Capisce?

On a less serious note: If being robbed by a volcano, you'd better call in Thor! :D

I think, in times like these, it is extremely important for us to show our support for Oli/Tarek and the rest of the KiT Team who are absolutely busting their asses off to salvage what is left and bring us the best festival possible.

There won't be a refund , cause the festival is not cancelled and IF the overseas bands fall through we will have replacement bands there of course. One of them is OMEN which we already booked. I got 6-7 others already that are ready to jump in in the worst case.
The only case of a refund would be a festival cancellation, nothing else..

Let's collect 5€ per person for the Clansman :lol:

I agree with MassofKtulu, KIT organizers deserve every fucking cent. Even though I would prefer seeing the entire band set, I got my KIT XIII 40€ paid off on 4 april KITs 2006-2009.

No, because I haven't got a ticket and I didn't know they would be there. If they're playing I'm gonna sue the organisers! $$$$$!

Haha! :D
