For me it's a tight battle between Persecution Mania, Agent Orange and Tapping The Vein.
I also love In the Sign of Evil but I don't like comparing eps with lps.

I voted Obsessed by Cruelity, partly since I am really a troll and partly to justify me buying it as a gift for my brother's sixteenth birthday (in 1986).

omen of hate wrote:"Obsessed by Cruelty" for me. "Persecution Mania" comes close. I'm not familar with the material they released after "Agent Orange".
You should really check out Tapping The Vein. Death/Thrash in Sodom-way!

AO was the hardest nut to crack for me too.

I also voted for "Persecution Mania". Everything is perfect on this album : songs, sound, vocals, artwork, lyrics, weird drumfills...
Never got really into "Agent Orange" also. Not that it's bad, but it's like the shy little brother of "Persecution...". Other Sodom-releases I like are "In The Sign Of Evil", "Tapping The Vein" and "Expurse Of Sodomy". I have "Get What You Deserve" also, but I only know "Silence Is Consent" from that album (they made a video for that song, which was shown a lot in "Headbanger's Ball" back in 1993). Killer track! I should make some time to check the rest of that album...

which Obsessed version do you prefer,Steamhammer or Metal Blade? I personally like the first recording better, the intro is much better and the sound is rawer/dryer
