Yeah that's the one. It was released as bonus in a SIX FEET UNDER CD-box. I have a CDR copy of that particular disc somewhere but I'm not sure if it's oop/commercially unavailable..

I need Disc 4 of this box.

The rest can be thrown away for all I care.
