Undeniably a great 7'', but I still prefer the album to it.

Well, their only official release is that 7" you've already heard.Besides the single, they have a bunch of songs though, circulating in some rehearsal tape.i believe WB is superior to RS just 'cause of the heavier and more massive sound they obtained.Personally,i like their songs a little more than the RS recordings.Indeed,I can't say it's the same band or by any means similar, just that they belong in the same league since they have Chris involved in songwriting. He formed the band because he wanted to play some old school metal after he left the storm. But all that makes WB worthy and different is probably the vocals, considering they sound unique. That's what it's all about anyway, try to remember how many of your all time faves had vocalists that a common fan would depreciate but that's why you love them.I can understand why smo would be put off,but come on,C.Ungol,M.Road,Slough Feg,Slauter Xstroyes,Lazarus Sin to name a few were laughed at by all those metal masters at their time.Titanomakhia is amazing, while imo Defend the metal faith is great, however i can see a point it would sound strange to smo.The rest of their tracks are beyond your imagination, believe me,just brilliant galloping metal with a strong epic feel.I don't have thei rehearsals myself and i know shit about ripping mp3s,but I can recommend some tube links if that helps, although the sound in live recording might fail a bit.

I don't think the Wrathblade vocalist sounds that weird. He reminds me of Mike Scalzi whos voice I also had problems at first. I listened to that WB song on their myspace just now and they still don't work as well for me as Raging Storm. I just don't find the songwriting very memorable and the melodies don't attract me.
