RAMMER & MANIAK from Toronto, Canada are fuckin' good. Both bands play old skool style thrash metal but inject something a little more modern. They're not trying to hard to be a retro type band like a lot of these kids flooding the market.

I understand some of you guys not buying into this thrash metal trend. Personally, I don't mind & I'd rather have these kids play thrash 80's style than play crap like nu-metal or emo screamo metalcore fag shit. Let the 21st century kids party like it's 1985.

I love "Spread The Fire" but their private pressing of this album sounds much better than the later released Metal Blade version although it contains two bonustracks. I am very much looking forward to their second album, the first impressions on their MySpace page sound great.
