Savatage- All That I Bleed (Piano Version)

Is a bonus track from the CD version of Gutter Ballet.
Can someone upload it for me please?

SCARUM (aka SCAREM):
Feeling Grave/Misery Single, 1980
Scarum Single, 1981

MISTREATER:
Hell's Fire Single, 1980 (was posted here but the link has expired)
Demo 1982 & 1983 complete and any other Mistreater rarity

If this CD is still commercially available you'll have to find that track elsewhere.
