Just to clarify:malegys wrote:Not of "rams head/when the screams come" there isn't.That only came out in 79, with a red label "high Vaultage" label. The promo you mention is from 1974 & contains "Human hurricane" & that label was Boffo Socko.
The '79 single on High Vaultage contains Rams Head b/w When the Screams come. Some come in a bootleg pic sleeve with the band's pic on it (the sleeves are not original, they were pressed up by someone else later on).
The Boffo Socko single is from '73 and contains Hurricane b/w Earth Flight. It's not a promo TMK, and 200 copies were pressed. These songs are from the Bias recording session. Look for a pinkish-purple label.
There's a '74 single that is a promo; it contains a cover of Under My Thumb b/w When the Screams come. Pressed in 100 copies. One song is from the National Sound Warehouse session, the other was recorded at Track studio. Orange label with info stamped on.
Those are the only three singles released under the Pentagram name during the 70s. The band's 1st single was released under the name MACABRE. 1000 were pressed, but half the copies have the band's name misspelled MACBRE. This one contains Be FOrewarned b/w Lazy lady.
All of the singles are hard to find but not insanely expensive, at least IMO
Hope that helps!
