This Milking the Goatmachine sounds just like any other death metal band to me, why is it worse than the others?

The dumbest name I've heard lately is We Are the Fallen. If you are the Fallen, then why not name your fucking band The Fallen?!

DEAF DEALER (??)
The name was originally Death Dealer, the label (Mercury or whatever) forced them to change it, also pushed for English names ^^ (they are from Quebec, french names... not cool)
I still want the official release of "Journey Into Fear" (never released second album), fuc*ing label/manager don't want the bassist to make it (he already bought the master from Morrisound).
One of the best album of all time IMHO (100 times better than the first !), sounds exactly like an ideal Helstar album between Remnants of War and A Distant Thunder IMHO

It's bewildering that what is in my opinion truly one of the greatest albums in the history of mankind was never released!

Yes, very strange indeed, such quality songs been wasted, but i think over the time everything will be re-issued sooner or later, it's just a matter of time. Look at the bright side, at least there is still something left we can look forward to!
