Next I'm gonna see them and Asphyx, Voivod, Whiplash, Electric Wizard, Spiritus Mortis, Atheist, Artillery, Hail Of Bullets, Nifelheim etc next weekend in Jalometalli (festival).
Nabel! Anthares!

Jealous I am...Jalometalli is going to be killer!!! What a line-up!!! Already hamstering vodka and blue Fisherman's Friend???! Damn, can't seem to find the blue ones here in Belgium...only the green and yellow ones. Bastards!

Agent Steel is playing some old stuff yeah : "Unstoppable Force", "Mad Locust Rising", "Agents Of Steel", "Guilty As Charged", "Rager", "Never Surrender", "Evil Eye / Evil Minds", "Bleed For The Godz"...enough to quench your metal thirst! Newer songs : "Human Bullet", "Fashioned From Dust", "Ten Fists Of Nations", "Dead Eyes"... And at the gig in the small bar they began their set with "Wrathchild" (Iron Maiden).

Have fun, and keep us updated on the greasy stories!!

My next gig will be Amebix and Morne in Antwerp next Saturday!

I have a feeling I´ll never see Amebix! :x

And how is the drummer of Agent Steel playing these days? I have feeling he is pretty sloppy.

Well, in that case I'm going to try the green FM's!! Enjoying some ice-cold Jack and Coke on the rocks this very moment...

The drummer of Agent Steel is Rigo Amezcua, and he's in the band since 2001. I watched him blasting through the set in the small bar from a 1 meter distance, and I can assure you he's not sloppy at all! I guess their set won't change your life, as they don't have that much stage presence, and the singer's voice is a bit of the 'love it or hate it'-kind, but it'll be great fun!

Amebix was sooooooo good on Hellfest, I have to see them again!!! I think they are working on a new album, so I guess they'll eventually end up in Suomi one day...cross fingers haha...

Phh, could only leave after 9 o'clock which means that I would have had to drive 170 on the highway to get there before 21:30. Plus my friends are a bunch of cunts who need their beautysleep so I would have been alone. So didn't come, much to my regret.

To make it up to myself I'm planning to drive to Germany next saturday to see BOLT THROWER again.

Get a bottle of vodka, Fisherman's Friends, put FF's into the bottle, wait until there's no more FF's in the bottle and drink. (Best stuff to drink at festivals when compared to boiling beer.)

Paranoid Open Air this weekend, lots of crappy bands but also NECRONOMICON + some that I've already seen live (Onslaught, Atheist) and some that I'm not very familiar with or fan but it'll still be cool to see them (Candlemass, Blaze Bayley, Agnostic Front).

Might go & see them in Manchester on the 27th. First time I saw their logo I thought it read "Defecated Panties" or something.

Next "major" concert for me will be Dublin Doom Days towards the start of September, with Esoteric, The Lamp of Thoth, Council of Tanith and several other bands I don't care too much for. After that, the biggest party of 2009 - the final Gospel of The Horns show here in Dublin!

Or if you don't like to wait you can do it as I did last time. I minced the FF's with my teeth and then spit 'em in a cup full of vodka. Also that way you don't have to share your drink with anyone.
