I'll see if i still have the tapes at home in Italy. Fortunately some were saved before i was arrested and sent back to Italy. If they are still there (i haven't been home for long long time) i'll return them to the band

fortunately i still have the tapes (3 in all) that were among the few things i could save before that unfortunate experience. They were stored in a cabinet among some other things but never checked it until now because i didn't go back home for long time. I was surprised to find them again. I'll send the tapes back to the band. Yes, i was supposed to release them on cd (everything was done, master, artwork, booklet) but the misfortune occurred immediately after and couldn't proceed with the distribution. There were other 2 releases scheduled that i was forced to sell to other labels (they'll be out soon) to pay some debts. ADP was not 100% responsible although we had some misunderstanding. It was just the fruit of my unexperience and other personal legal issues that plunged me into trouble and forced me to quit all. After that i didn't contact the bands to avoid further preoccupations. It was just a period of my life i wanted to forget once and for all

Thanks for taking the time to inform us.

Please make sure that these are returned to the band and perhaps Stormspell can later on release any additional footage not already included that you had originally intended to.

Filippo, thanks for the heads up. I forwarded Steve Murphy's address to your e-mail. He'd appreciate getting those tapes back very much. Thanks for seeing to it and good luck in sorting your life soon.

I've just spoken to Steve Murphy and we are going to delay the release until Filippo sends back the tapes so we can use the 1987 video footage on the DVD as intended originally.
