I was supposed to film these guys the other week, but the venue wouldn't let me. Were hoping to team up in the future. One of the great bands from my youth.
That sucks.

How come they wouldn't let you film?
I don't know, the band were up for it, the venue said they didn't know in a nasty tone and slammed the phone down on me.

Unfortunately a letdown compared the "magnito-album" from '89. Bit too wimpy imo.

-Shah: Beware

I got the russian bootleg edition of the rare japanese CD. Cool edition, it looks actually like the original CD (it's a factory pressed CD, of course) and the sound quality is very good, with a thick booklet. Probably the only difference is in the back cover that is a bit "overloaded" of colour

Technical thrash a-la Megadeth, Metallica (the 2nd song, "Beware" clones oeven some Metallica-parts), Testament...not bad

Hmm, I don't know why you wouldn't buy an original copy?...

Anyways, I have to agree that this is a decent slice of Thrash with huge Metallica worship, however, the vocals give it that "Shah" distinction. My only real complaint about this album is the hollow production. This could have been quite a bit better had it spent more time being produced.
