on a lighter note, or darker if you want. I just got to checking out Flames of Hell and it's blowing my mind.
I dont think it is really so different from yesteryear you know. There were bands in the 80s which clearly jumped the heavy metal wagon with loads and some of which are still worshiped by many as "cult" today. Well I thiunk that they are not so great. I saw them twice on stage last december and they did not impress me. The album would be good, but nothing more. I wish it was.. I wish it were enjoyable ..but it's not really mind-blowing stuff at all!!
As I've mentioned before the only band I can think of that 'do it' for me of the recent thrash revival are Merciless Death ...they are excellent & a mile ahead of these young (poser
