Well, the thing is it just doesn't "run" at all. I have no memory of ever seeing it for sale to be honest. The few copies I know of were all acquired by trade, and those who scored copies ages ago when it still was totally unknown probably paid next to nothing for it.
Edit: I just remembered how someone told me he got it for about €50 on a German Metal Market, but this was from the pre-hype days.

And it was sold on ebay for $200 before the hype. In retrospect, the worst time ever to be second highest bidder...

What about Skyclad CD's? I have both "A Burnt Offering For The Bone Idol" and "Tracks From The Wilderness" for sale/trade.

Burnt = $30US (it's deleted)
Tracks = $10US (it's still available)
