I love Voivod's artwork especially these ones:

WAR & PAIN

Away's artwork might not be to everyone's taste, but to me it's the perfect embodiment of the band's music. Visionary sounds complimented by visionary art.

Joe Petagno's work is more than worthy of a mention too, obviously for his Motorhead covers, but if you dig through your collections you'd be amazed at the number and variety of covers he's designed for a myriad of bands.

Probably my favourite artist when it comes to metal artworks. "Open the Gates" is one of the best covers in the realm of metal. I can stare at it for hours. It embodies the music perfectly.

Apparently this French artist did a lot of other drawings besides metal covers for Black Dragon. Well, post some pictures in here till we get a great compilation of his works.

Hey cool topic! Still I just saw that the guy died in 1996 at the age of 36... Too bad as w=he was quite talentes. He was also drawing comics.
