Hello, I have a question for you:
some time ago I placed an order at EAT Metal Records from Greece, because it is the only distro who has in stock the MACEDON HARRIERS' "Rise again" CD
I ordered 3 CD's:
-Macedon Harriers
-Geyser (from Greece)
-Chain Reaction: All over the world CD
A few weks ago they told me that they received the payment and sent the CD's to my address.
I live in Italy and, after more than 2 weeks I haven't received anything.
I tried to get in touch with them, asking if they delivered the CD and asking for the parcel code, to track it
but I got no answer yet.
I've sent 5 different emails asking kindly to let me know if they delivered the CD's but I haven't received any answer
is it normal?
who knows this Eat Metal Records?
It seems a very rip-off label to me: this is the first time that a Label takes my money and then disappear....does anybody had a similar experience with them? How can I do to get back my money or the CD's I've ordered??
