I know he trashed a camera from a guy at a gig in Italy last year without reason. Maybe that is what Mr Nuke means?

It's just because the story happened to my friend. So here is the full story:

I went to see a show with mortuary drape and other bands last May in Italy, near Brescia. All went well, and my friend brought his camera, as it is usual in UG metal show. Unfortunately, he wasn't aware that the band was filming was filming the show. There was no warning (except a very small one only in italian it seems, as we discovered later), and the security didn't tell him anything (he filmed the other bands without problem too). The security was very low, and if one had enter with knife none would care.
During the MD show, walter saw my friend was filming it, and asked my friend for the cassette. However, because of the camera construction, you have to remove the tape to remove the tape (weird but true), so he took the camera from my friend's hands and while doing this destroyed it. Not to say that walter doesn't speak english very well (as I knew before)... I didn't realize it was my friend that was concerned at first, because I was on another side of the room, but I saw the scene and it disgusted me.

Some italian people were disgusted too, as was my friend. Some leaved the room. After the initial shock, I had to calm myself before to avoid doing any act of violence... Some time after, I decided to go to insult them, and some of their cocksuckers fans told me to go on stage while trying to mock me. I went on stage, and made him a finger until my look crossed his, which took a few minutes. This done I went away. He didn't do anything to me, nor when I was on stage, nor after (I didn't hide, and I discovered that we were in the same hostel as him). I had a few words with the guitarist (I think, the belgian guy who moved to Italy) to explain my acts, though. Nothing violent, since I didn't have anything personal with the other members of the band.

After the show my friend had some explication with one of their roadies (because of the lack of english skills of the walter guy), and they promised to pay him back his camera (worth of 300€), since there was a confusion and no real warning. We had confidence because the drummer of the band seems to be a guy with some honour, partly because of his (politically correct) beliefs, as one of the Italian guys told us.

My friend never got any money since. His e-mail address of my friend is still valid, though he moved to another town. I'm still in contact with him, of course.

Think what you want about this, that's your opinion! but for me, this band needs to be boycotted, and this walter guy better not cross my path again.

The only good note of this was that lots of Italians were disgusted too and gave my friend a lot of support. That won't be forgotten too.

EDIT: spelling mistakes.
Gott ist tot.

Did anyone ever see that NIFELHEIM logo belt buckle that was made?? Hellbutcher has one and I accidently saw it on Tradera (Swedish auction site) once!!
Yea, I was almost buying that Necrolord shirt on Dolores in 1997 but could just afford that shirt or the Grotesque "Incantation" vinyl so I chose the latter instead. Hm, hard choice!

That belt buckle is supposed to be made in maximum 10 copies and one was recently sold by a relative to the twins at Tradera... I think it was up before that as well, then sold by an ex-member I heard. Well, why the hell do I know such useless shit, haha.

I met that guy whose camera was destroyed by MORTUARY DRAPE at the Party San Festival last year! Also one of the bands that opened for MD13 that evening (PROCLAMATION) got some shit because of their extreme stage show. I was drinking all weekend during Party San and kind of forgot about this story! Anyways, new MORTUARY DRAPE is shitty. Only the old releases interest me. Too bad they have such a useless attitude these days.....

NIFELHEIM have to make more of those belt buckles!!!!

They were as far as I know just intended for the band members and perhaps some "allies" of the band. But generally NIFELHEIM's merchandise policy makes sense. In order to get their merchandise you gotta go to the shows. Or be the band's best friend, ha ha.

By the way, I saw a girlie shirt on some online auction today with the slogan "My boyfriend likes NIFELHEIM" .
