Well, it's not technically an "album" in the classic fashion regarding the songs are released close to when they were originally recorded. This is more or less a compilation of unreleased/demo material. In my mind this makes this a re-issue or a "new" release.

Regardless, it's worth very little as it's highly common.

It's a new release re-issue first pressing with the bonus disc. It's worth $5 tops!
