Here I am a few days ago at the Hell's Gate Volcanic Thermal Park in Rotorua!
New Zealand is an amazing country!!!

And below is what I found in NZ, all for about $200NZ!
Nothing uber-rare, but not bad for a country of only 4 million people & 6 record stores!

That Venom video on the top left is killer. Toy Dolan is a real tough guy.
The Strikemaster cuts on that compilation are great! I often think about going to NZ to hunt their lps down because of those 2 tracks.

I know somewhere in NZ where I can get it, Stonehenge & the Confessor EP.
But they're very expensive..
We're talking $550AU for the three of them, maybe more??
Why are a wise man & a wise guy opposites?

Got it for $12.50 ... ;)

Speaking of Anvil slimlines, I recently got Metal on Metal as well, however the CD doesn't seem to be right: There's no signs of Roadrunner on it, just Attic, however I compared it to my '02 (?) Attic reissue, and while the CD is similar to that one, it's still not the same one ... So I suppose that the original CD on this slimline got lost, and someone replaced it with Attic CD? Or was this some kind of weird misprint?? That Attic CD doesn't really look like it was made in last 5-6 years ...

Hmm, I'm not sure.

Perhaps upload a picture and PM me the link?

Finally found the Australian Band "Black Alice" with their only LP "Endangered Species" (1983)

Some great tracks on it, like the opener "Wings of Leather, Wings of Steel" or "In the Hall of the Ancient King", which has a great synthesizer intro, that builds up a gloomy atmosphere.

Also like the cover artwork, a little gem to me, love it.

Just wonder, if there are more descent Australien bands, that I have overlocked so far...
Where were you in '79 when the dam began to burst

Descent into the hellish depths of The Cellar would be Taipan's first. :? And it's great stuff too!

Also if you haven't got the Black Alice EP you should go for that too as it has two exclusive tracks not on the LP!
