metal-archives help needed

Post by Stormspell »

Anyone here with moderator privileges at metal-archives who can update an album for me?

NATURAL SPIRIT - Sita Rosa, it says this album was released in USA by RUNIC RECORDS. This is incorrect. In fact Runic was a fake label conjured with the sole purpose of luring bands into submitting their masters which in turn were ripped off and uploaded for free download on places like trashmageddon...

We are going to release this album in January and if anyone can update the info would be more than appreciated, thank you!

I corrected it. In the future, you could try using the "Report a mistake or additional information for this page."

Thank you man, appreciated! I did use the "Report a mistake or additional information for this page" feat, but not much happened. I can only assume someone deemed my request irrelevant or something.

I had no idea that you were a mod there.

What is your username?

Could I PM you specifically with corrections?

I seem to more often then not end up having the same problem as Stormspell there and 9/10 pass up correcting information for the sake of redundancy and wasting my time and effort for nothing to be changed.

I'm not exactly a "moderator" there. I have more than 500 points, so I can edit most parts of the entries, but not everything. (I can't change album titles or band's genres, and probably some other stuff.) I use the name DMR there too. If you know something needs to be corrected, go ahead and PM me.

Yep, I'm a veteran user myself (1500 points I think). I use the name Cochino as well, so you can also PM me if you need any help
