No, me either, i think their "From Ohio" split LP with RUBBER CITY REBELS is kinda pricey, but i've no idea if the rest of their stuff has a high price tag. Their "Bizarros" album should be reasonably easy to pick up at a decent price as it was on a major label, Mercury i think.

Hey bfk, what happened to Time Traveler, is he doing any more posts? I recently DLed Pinnacle's "Cyborg Assassin" from the old bryonsplace blog, and holy crap, it absolutely rips. A lot of interesting looking stuff on that blog, actually.
btw, did you get around to listening to Dawnwatcher?
I'm not exactly sure what Time Traveller is up to at the moment. At the beginning of 2008 he moved house, got a new job, a new pc and a new internet connection, but the new connection was so slow for uploads that he had to completely abandon the process. I believe he was tied into a years contract with that provider so he was stuck with it until the expiry date of his contract. That's how i ended up flying solo @ Live & Otherwise for the last 10 months or so.
We've kinda lost touch over that time, i think he's got a new e-mail address, as the last couple o' times i tried to get in touch i got no reply, but i'm hopeful that he'll return to the fray when he's able.
Yeah, bryonsplace was one of the best blogs out there for quality music, TT had a way of turning up the best of obscure stuff whatever the style of music. I got more terrific Hard Rock, Southern, Psych, Prog & Metal there than from any other individual source on the net i think.
A helluva nice guy too, he showed me the blogging "ropes" so to speak, and made me his co-conspirator at Live & Otherwise just because of our mutual enthusiasm for music in all it's disparate forms. I'm surprised there are still live links on the old pages, as it's nearly a year since the last post, it's a credit to the quality of TT's posts that people obviously keep going back for more & keep them alive!
I hope he continues to approve of and enjoy the stuff i'm posting in his absence.
I remember that Pinnacle album, it was a raw UK proto heavy affair, from the early 70's if memory serves. It had a great overall sound to these ears, but lacked a distinctive identity and memorable songs. I've not heard it for years now, maybe i'll give it another try.
