@Avenger: I didn't want to name him but you did...you are right, James is an awesome guy and yes, this was an innocent mistake from him (I would have been even more surprised of the contrary).

Yah, and the only reason it's become so damn pricey is because of the review done at classicthrash.com. I've been trying to get a copy of that for about 3 years now. Thanks to him, I won't be able to fuckin' AFFORD it!

Korgull- it's nice but the seller is over-hyping it a bit. There's noticeable ring wear on both the front and back of the sleeve. It's decent, but i've seen better. This one turns up at least a couple of times every year, so anyone wanting a NM/NM copy can hold off until a nicer one shows up.
I think this single's been selling for around $300+ lately. Not sure this copy will bring that with the cover wear... I wouldn't pay that much for it in this condition.

The picture of the front cover looks pristine.
On second inspection of the back cover, it does look a little worn I guess.
Still looks nice tho'.

It's certainly not beat up :)
If you look closely at the front, in the black area between the red flames and the extended leg of both 'A's, it appears there is some ring wear visible. White ring wear on a black cover always bothers me more than some other defects. It tends to detract from the cover art IMO. Other people may not notice/mind it as much as I do. I don't mind some cut-out marks and others refuse to own an album with one :)

Yeah, I'd be happy to own this single in any condition, but that one is definitely not "near mint".
