I'm in a Swedish obscure proto-Metal mood tonight. TYFUZ' "Arbetslös" feels like the best hard rock song ever written at the moment...

A rather nice one that - the contact numbers on the sleeve indicates that they might have been a Sundsvall- or a Timrå-based band. (I NEEDED to write "Timrå" in this forum) I have never heard any one mention them throughout my youth though (I was 8 years old by the time of release) and was lucky finding the single in a fleamarket some ten years ago. BTW I think I've been struck by the same virus as you meaning that lately it has been my strong belief that Betonglåten by Steve Roper Band must be the greatest sounds ever recorded... Hope there's no cure.

I really would like to - I still got to get all the technical stuff, the know-how and the what not in order first. I should tell you I'm developing quite a guilty concience for all the times I've been harvesting the Poisonoise section without ever sowing a single seed...

For this I do not feel guilty! (and you could always hunt me down, kill me and destroy my copy)

Siren - Iron Coffins

Didn't like it at first and thought the riff was too weird, but once I understood the lyrics the music had meaning and it all clicked. Brilliant song.
