OPA!
I'm not as well versed with the older HM records and demo bands like Fucking Amalmounara and the other oldies but I might have to check them out soon.
Also otakon the 'Recitation of Death' demo is by Death Courier and not Danger Cross. Danger Cross' demo was entitled 'The Art in Pain'.
Of course the death/black scene was great (RC/Varathron/Necromantia/Thou Art Lord etc) but I've been listening to and liking the lesser known bands lately. I have a shitty bootleg of the infamous Danger Cross demo somewhere 'The Art in Pain'. If I'm not mistaken they opened for Destruction in Athens and had the youngest members ever. I think the drummer also was 16 and he could hammer away like a beast. He also worked at Rock City as well. I have almost all of the Death Cou(lou)rier stuff. That Demise LP took me a while to find as well. I'll have to take a photo of my collection with some koulouria and upload it here.
Flames is another personal favourite, I only have Made in Hell but they're really good. I never knew Nigel Foxx was in Vomit too. I'd really like to find those demos but they're near impossible. Same with the Necromancy Visions of Lunacy demo which was very good imo.
The first Exoristoi is so good because the vocals are so bad. The music is killer especially the guitar and there are some great Maiden style passages and slower melodic elements to it which make it less metal but that doesn't matter. Was this ever released on LP? I've only ever seen the CD. Also how does the live in Serbia LP sound like?
Oh well that's enough rambling for me.

Come on guyz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Won't P-L-E-A-S-E some one mention the absolutely BREATH TAKIN',MIND BLOWIN' debut of Power Crue "Sign Of Rage"?
We're talkin' about HIGH OCTANE "in yer face" vicious Heavy Metal in the Accept/Running Wild tradition combining "all out war" riffs, furious and fast double bass drumming and the amazing raw Heavy Metal voice of Alex.
Defenately my fav Hellinic cd.Trax like Torture,Spend On You,Before The End,Forever and Enemy Brothers will tear you apart!
A true classic indeed and one of the 90ies top 10 realeses (it was out on 1994-i think)......................

Allow me to add a few killer demos as well:
AGELESS WISDOM - Demo '90. Total Manilla Road worship, two tracks that we could have easily been in The Deluge or Mystification!
BLACK FATE - A piece of dream demo. Both of their demos are featured in the A piece of dream CD and this one is top-notch heavy doomy prog with excellent vocals.
BLIND JUSTICE - In the name of justice demo '89. Great power metal.
WINDSPOUT - Dominate the world demo '93, very good heavy/power, features a 9 minute opus!
Demos of DENIAL PRICE, superb vocalist and jawdropping guitar work!
MACEDON HARRIERS as well, but i guess we've written enough for them already.
