Well, they play in the same vein as any other Power/Thrash bands, although, I'd say that Pariah is more Thrash then Power...
What do you think about:
Hades
Mystik
Laaz Rockit (Enemy album)
Savage Steel (Do Or Die album)
Sanctuary
Forte
E-X-E
Realm
Toxik
Etc...
well comparing Pariah to Toxik,Realm,Forte and Laaz Rockit, its totally sloppy "thrash" against them, they have a far better speed metal approach...Sanctuary could be in the similar track, but i would say more like "heavy-thrash", lets say Reverend in that case

Pariah doesn’t play Speed metal.
Those are easily Thrash metal riffs and that's what separates Speed from Thrash is the riffing style. Speed is essentially speedup/double base Traditional metal.
I don't hear bands like ADX/Agent Steel/Abattoir sounding like Pariah.
Just because this band started off as the beloved Satan, doesn't mean that they didn't evolve to a Thrash band.
