Is anyone on here in contact with him?

I ordered some records off him almost a year ago, which still haven't turned up, and after not being able to prove he ever posted them to me he agreed on a refund. Since then I've had excuses and bullshit over a period of several months, and still no money. It's extremely frustrating.

Yes I've written him through myspace, and we 've exchanged emails, he made promise after promise, now he's stopped replying. So what's going on with this guy??? It's 115e he owes me, not like it's some impossibly huge sum of money.

he is unbelievably slow at times to send things average 6 months
not a dishonest guy though..I will let you know if I get what I am expecting from him in the coming weeks..then you will know he has been to the post office

I can be slow too, with things I've promised to give people for free, not with things anyone's paid for. I could really use that money, and everyone can understand it's beyond annoying getting empty promises about a thing like this for months on end.

I don't want to disappoint you, but you'll be lucky enough if he'll send out to you ur stuff finally...I know many people who had probs with him, while he NEVER send me his trade/sell list when he promised he would do so(that time we were corresponding via pms on another forum) Thanx God he didn't though, huh!
