Edit: out now on Arkeyn Steel Records!
A friend of mine had these 2 mp3s on his HD, mislabeled as the Lord Ryur 7". which is obviously isn't. Anyone recognize the band? In my ears it sounds like it could be a newish "old school Epic Metal" act, but I really don't have a clue. A vague german accent on the vocals? In any case it sounds bloody awesome!

Cheers. I knew the subject felt familiar. I'm changing the subject and moving it.
"best one on the album" as in the rest of the songs being slightly disappointing? Or does the whole album live up to this track?leifkr wrote:This song is very cool and probably the best one on the album, just out on CD on Arkeyn Steel.
Gave it another spin today. Still feel the song mentioned here is the best one of the album, probably the heaviest tune and also one of (if not the) catchiest. The other songs aren't bad, but definitely needs more listens. They seem to rely more on atmosphere, and lack some of the heaviness of this tune.
