KAT didn't really "click" with me at first and at that time I liked the english version a bit more. Some how I was irritated by the vocals.. Which is funny since I totally love the vocals nowadays. Couldn't bother with the english version anymore, 666 kills!anthares wrote: I had the english version for years but never got it into it. But now with polish version I like it more and more.
I had similar problems with Turbo. First didn't got into it and one day realised their awsomeness

KAT 666 has become my favourite East European record. It didn't click at first with me as well but now I can't live without it, it simply destroy and those maniac vocals on for instance Wyrocznia are pure genious. I can't breathe properly when I crank this song through my headphones, its pure hell. score: 11/10anthares wrote:I had the english version for years but never got it into it. My east-european top 5 metal albums would be:
TURBO - Kawaleria Szatana
MASTER'S HAMMER - Ritual
KAT - 666
POKOLGÉP - Totális Metál
ROOT - Zjevení
...and now playing something about as exotic:
CRYSTAL ZONE - S/T
Damn the production and overall style & sound is album is cool and unique!
The fuzzy guitar sound (especially in solos) remind me of the first three MANILLA ROAD albums sometimes!
Songs like "Fallen Star", "Long Lyun Ging" or "Hak Saat Je" are the reason I search lost gems from countries that most metalheads blindly ignore.
