There is a bootleg of that '98 Axe Killer version, it looks just like it, but everything was printed in a bit darker colour + the back insert is a bit different ... I've never seen the digi reissue, who made that one?

Anyhow, the matrix of original is FPI 3801 ODF 3038652, and bootleg ARC 321 Ref: 3038652

Thanks and check eBay for the re-issue, there should be a couple auctions for it.
