Is 36 dollars a decent price to pay for this one or is it a bit high?

That's too high unless it's gone up alot in recent years. It's a very good single but it's not a rare one; I'd say $15 would be plenty to pay for it w/ the record & picture sleeve in nice condition.
Their first single is the really expensive one.

Yeah I saw Nightlock bought that one on ebay for about 120 dollars

$120 is pretty good for that one if it had the sleeve and was in nice condition

To me anything above 60 euro's is extremely ridiculous.

36 dollars for Riding High would be reasonable if it's in excellent condition and includes shipping.
