Don't know where else to put this - neither rare nor metal, but features a young Vinnie Vincent:

Lithuanian band KALVĖ ( FORGE ) , were melodic Rock /AOR band from my city ( formed in 1983-84 ), but they had a few very good Melodix Metal / Hard Rock tracks as well like this one . Quite nice song with Baroque keyboard intro.

Tarkus Rock Band was formed in Forlì (Italy) in 1977 and disbanded in 1983,they officially recorded only a 7" in 1981 (check out my channel to hear it), in 1982 they played a concert in their hometown and recently the former drummer shared this video footage from that gig, audio is bad in the first half but improves from minute 09:15.
