Cheers for the info. Do you have a pic/scan of the Arsynal version? I've already mentioned it on the page but could use an image.

Thanx! Azra-page updated.
About those other bands, they're all there but on the appropriate sub-label pages as they're primarily releases of Iron Works, Masque etc..

Looks pretty interesting.
Are these tracks available anywhere online?

Just finished a trio of 7" reviews that was long overdue - this one has been a long-time fave. Why the Hell doesn't more Thrash-fans drewl over this release??

Interesting but those horrible AI sequences ruined it a bit for me.

It was smart thinking on the part of the docu makers not to take a pro or anti stance regarding the business practices of the 'label' as it allowed all the stories & rumours to be presented for the viewer to come to their own conclusions. It also allowed some of the more interesting & amusing speculation to be aired without the need for verification which enhanced the appeal of the story. Nicely done.
A very enjoyable watch, though like J., i found the animated Ai sequences to be an unneccessary distraction. The use of that style has already reached oversaturation to the point of cliche, much like the overuse of drone footage in film & TV did a few years back. A more individual approach would have worked better, especially in retelling the story of such a D.I.Y. operation.
That's just a minor criticism though, overall i thought the story was told very well.

Aww I appreciate the feedback... I made this solo .... everything was made by one man band so although i can animate - I seen this project as a chance to experiment with AI animation and helped me quickly visually express this story that at first i always thought was going to be a podcast.

So glad you watched this, I even put your name in the credits as your account on Rate My Music was a good place for my research.

If i'd known that this was the work of just one person i'd probably have kept my minor criticism re the use of Ai to myself. Very impressive that you pulled this all together by yourself.

I made this for very much this community - thought it was a unique story so please help spread the word amongst vinyl and metal heads... this forum (credited) was where i discovered the label.

Love people think it was a team behind it but no... just Scott from Scotland. Labor of love.

It's a story that's likely to appeal to many even outside our sphere of niche musical interest, i wish you every success with it. So, when's the xmas tree shaped soundtrack album due out? :D
Nice to encounter a fellow Scot with such discerning musical taste. Just out of interest, from a strictly musical perspective what's your favourite Azra release?
