By the looks of it, Denmark just closed its' border with Germany. If this action remains in effect for another 6 weeks there's just no way for us to get to the festival.

German state of Baden-Wurttenberg just announced no gatherings of more than 1000 people allowed for the immediate future. So KIT being postponed is a very real possibility.

Hi Friends,
since we are getting questions about Corona Virus and KEEP IT TRUE, here is an update. The German state Baden Württemberg, where KIT is located, decided today to ban all shows and events with over 1000 people attending, without a time limit for now. We will have a meeting and discussion with the city of Lauda at the end of March. Till then we can do close to nothing and only wait for the future decisions of the state. We ask you to be patient till then. We will do everything in our power to make KIT happen on the original date, but also work on a plan B if we are not allowed to do it in April. We will keep you updated on our facebook site and hope for your understanding!

No high hopes here, everything points to a cancellation. And even if they don't cancel the whole thing, probably a lot of bands won't make it. Luckily I'm only out the price of a ticket, for people with flights and hotels booked this can blow a hole in their finances.
