Question about Gotham City / Killer angel bootleg ep

Hi there,
Just got a copy of this bootleg for cheap, and I had a question about the cover. Mine seems to be a photocopied paper sheet folded in two. Don’t know if some of you have it, but I wanted to know if all copies came with such a sleeve, or not... Any information welcome

I used to have this bootleg and indeed was a folded copied sleeve.

The original is also a folded sleeve so they just copied it.

I didn’t know that. My chance of finding an original copy for a decent price is very thin, so I think I’ll live a happy life with this reissue.
